Tuition is based on the entire academic year of August to May. The Yearly Rate is divided into monthly payments due on the first of every month. All payments are equal regardless of the number of lessons or weeks any given month may have including December

FAMILY UNLIMITED CLASSES PER WEEK - ONLY BE FAMILY MEMBERS (UP TO 3) LIVING UNDER THE SAME ROOF (6 hrs and over combined) = $270.00/MONTH   ADDITIONAL FAMILY MEMBERS - $40/MONTH.

 Silhouette Dance Company offers 3 payment options, and each family is free to utilize the plan that works best for them. 

Option 1: Pay monthly tuition with an automatic draft/payment plan. Tuition will be automatically debited or charged from your choice of debit or credit card on the first of each month. To utilize this option, please fill out the hard copy of the Credit Card Authorization form and turn in to the front office.  When utilizing this option, a 3.5% fee will be added onto your total. 

Option 2: Pay monthly tuition by cash, check (payable to Silhouette Dance), or credit/debit card at the front desk.  When using a credit/debit card at the front desk, a 2.6% fee will be added onto your total. There is no additional fee for cash or check payments. 

Option 3: Pay tuition in full for the year and receive a 5% discount on total tuition (if paid in August). When using a credit/debit card at the front desk, a 2.6% fee will be added onto your total.

When filling out the registration form you must enter a valid credit card/debit card to register. Your card will not be charged automatically unless you have chosen Option 1 as a payment plan or the tuition falls behind 30 days.If tuition falls behind 30  days and there has been no attempt to make a payment, Silhouette Dance will automatically charge the card on file for the full balance. 

If you choose the monthly payment plan, payments must be made by the 1st of every month and no later than the 5th of the month to avoid a $25.00 late fee that is automatically applied to your account. The monthly payment plan is for your convenience only. 

If your child has an illness or injury and cannot attend class temporarily, tuition is still expected to continue to hold your dancer's spot as the tuition rates are based on the fiscal school year. If you are enrolled in the monthly payment plan, you must give notice of withdrawal by the 20th of the month in order to discontinue lessons so that you will not be charged for upcoming months.    

 Missed classes must be made up within 2 weeks of the absence or forfeit the class. No refunds or credits are given for any classes that are missed due to illness, injury, or school conflicts.  

$30.00 registration fee for a single dancer is due at the time of registration. 

For each additional dancer in the family, the registration fee is $10. 

The registration fee guarantees your dancer a spot in their registered classes. 

A late fee of $25.00 will be added to any account that is not paid before the 5th of each month.  If tuition falls behind 30  days and there has been no attempt to make a payment, Silhouette Dance will automatically charge the card on file for the full balance. 

If the debit/credit card is declined there will be a $40.00 fee applied to the account and your dance will not be allowed to participate in classes. 

There will be a $30.00 returned check fee.
