At Silhouette Dance, we are committed to creating a safe, welcoming, and encouraging space where every dancer can grow with confidence. All students are expected to treat instructors, classmates, staff, and families with kindness, respect, and professionalism at all times—both inside and outside of the studio.
Dancers should come to class prepared to learn, stay focused, and give their full effort. A positive attitude not only helps individual growth, but also supports the success of the entire class and team. We believe that every dancer plays a role in building a strong, supportive community.
Bullying, negativity, or behavior that makes others feel uncomfortable or unwelcome will not be tolerated under any circumstances. This includes in-person interactions as well as behavior on social media. Dancers are expected to represent Silhouette Dance with positivity and integrity at all times.
If a dancer displays disruptive behavior, poor attitude, or disrespect, instructors may ask them to sit out or leave class, and parents will be notified. Continued issues may result in further action, including removal from classes or events. Our goal is always to guide dancers toward growth—not only as performers, but as respectful and confident individuals.
